• Account and login data (if used): if you sign in to admin or authenticated areas, we may process account identifiers and authentication records through Firebase Authentication.
• Saved properties (App): property identifiers and related alert preferences stored on your device and, where enabled, synced to our backend.
• Followed areas and projects (App): industrial area slugs, project identifiers, follow status, and related alert settings.
• Push notification data (App): device identifiers, Expo push tokens, notification permission status, platform type, and app version, used to deliver property alerts you opt into.
• Technical and usage data: device type, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar diagnostic information collected through standard web and app technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

• Display industrial property listings, projects, and related website content
• Respond to property and project enquiries
• Connect you with suitable listings, agents, or follow-up information
• Operate saved-property and area/project alert features in the App
• Send push notifications for new listings or updates in areas or projects you follow (with your permission)
• Operate WhatsApp enquiry links you choose to use
• Maintain website security, troubleshoot issues, and improve our services

4. Firebase and Firestore

Our website and mobile app use Google Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, to store and retrieve content such as listings, projects, device registration records, area follows, project follows, saved properties, and notification-related logs processed by our backend.

5. Analytics

Our Firebase project configuration includes a Google Analytics measurement identifier. At present, public website pages primarily use Firebase for content delivery (Firestore) rather than active in-app analytics tracking. If analytics tools are enabled on the website or App in the future, we may collect aggregated usage information such as page views, session duration, and general device or browser characteristics to understand how our services are used and to improve performance.

6. WhatsApp and third-party links

When you tap a WhatsApp enquiry button or link, you are redirected to WhatsApp (operated by Meta). Information you send through WhatsApp is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the information you choose to send us through that channel.

Our website may also link to third-party map services, project pages, or external resources. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Legal basis and consent

We process personal data where necessary to provide our services, respond to your requests, operate alerts you enable, protect our systems, and comply with law. For marketing communications and push notifications, we rely on your consent or applicable permissions, which you may withdraw at any time.
